Select Cancel to cancel the Registration.

Select Send registration to send your registration data to medi.

You will receive a notice on this page if your Registration was sent successfully. medi will verify your registration data. After successful verification you will receive an e-mail confirming that the e-shop has been activated for you. After you enter your login data you may begin using the medi e-shop.
